If you don't want to click on them then 1 is a graphics card and the other is 2GB of RAM...
I also have a Intel (R) Celeron (R) CPU 2.40Ghz Processor
Will buying these items and having this processor enable me to be able to Play MMO's such as world of warcraft and WarHammer Online Age of Reckoning smoothly? I've looked through the system requierments for each game but im not sure about it though...Would like to know for sure before i just go out and buy stuff. Thanks In advance! AND, if not, then please tell me or link me to what i should buy to allow me to play games such as these smoothly
P.S: If you have WoW, or Warhammer Online, feel free to give me a little review of it and how much you like it Thanks. What should I buy to be able to play MMO's such as WOW and Warhammer Online?
Never tried Warhammer, but I do play WoW. I suggest you try them on the computer you have, and then see if you feel the need to upgrade, and if so how much of an upgrade you want. WoW has a free trial version you can download from their website, so just put it on your computer and see how it goes.
I play WoW on a screaming fast gaming computer, and I think my computer is overkill for what I'm doing currently, though it is nice to be able to "see" farther without slowing the computer down. It makes it easier to navigate. But my husband plays it on a computer that was not designed for gaming at all, and does not meet Blizzard's recommended specs (though I think it barely passes minimum requirements) and the difference is not all that dramatic. If it weren't for the fact that my old computer was irreparably broken and I didn't want the new one to be obsolete in a couple of years, I would not have gone for such a fancy computer.
One thing I can tell you about XP and RAM is that I've been told it can't use more than about 3GB. More than that will not make it run any faster unless you get a 64 bit version of Windows Vista.
As to the game... well, it's got its good points and bad points, and to a large extent, it's what you make of it. It can get very repetitive and there's a lot of deja vu as you go through the levels, but there is fun stuff and silly stuff in there too, and you can pick and choose what you want to do, so if you find something too easy and boring, just do something else. You can go around mindlessly killing monsters a few levels below you by mashing the same button over and over, or you can try trickier things like battling other players and going for the monsters that are bigger than you, and using your wits and quick clicking to prevail. Sometimes they make it so you can only get a certain item or reputation with a certain faction by doing something over and over until you're bored to tears, but mostly I just don't bother with those.
