Question about MMO's lately?

I am considering playing one of the MMO's i own, and need to decide from one of the games i currently own (not really interested in buying a new one). I am looking at World of Warcraft, Everquest II, Warhammer Online, Lord of the Rings online, and Vanguard.

If anyone has been playing any of these games recently, please feel free to give an opinion on any of them, whether positive or negative. Thanks!!Question about MMO's lately?
World of Warcraft is the 800-lb gorilla that everyone else is trying to imitate. The only differences btwn EQ2, LotRO and WoW are graphical and backstory. The gameplay with all 3 of those games are identical. Vanguard I know nothing about; all I know is that it had one of the shoddiest launches in recent history and has some steep minimum requirements. Warhammer Online's PvP is supposedly better than WoW's, and WoW is the only game that I even moderately enjoyed the PvP in. *shrug* YMMV.

I have played WoW--tried it once, gave it up, came back a few months later, then left for good. It's pretty much an endless grind. I found a few helpful people, and I think maybe one roleplayer--but by and large, everyone stays to themselves (unless they're spamming the Auction channel). I was not impressed.Question about MMO's lately?
If you are not interested in buying I suggest Archlord and Fiesta

From the ones you were looking at I have only played WoW and Everquest. A really good plus about WoW is the freedom Blizzard gives it's customer In the expansion pack You can ride a flying mount and explore the amazing landscapes which is really fun. The PvP is ok but it gets very repetitive after a while and if you are not REALLY good you die constantly the PVE is very good plenty of quests and plenty dungeons to do with your friends. The bad side is that it costs 15$ a month and since there is many classes to play with It will take years to play most of them and master WoW. Continuously spending your money.

A good game I suggest Is Guild Wars because of the complex PVP there is random arenas which pits your random 4man group against a random 4man team. There is Guild Vs. Guild which is sort of like Random arena instead it is much larger groups larger arenas and there are different modes of defeating your opponent.

I enjoy playing Guild Wars because it is very easy to get into and you don't need mass amounts of money to play good in PVP or PVE you can play whenever you want without any fees. And it is VERY FUN!

If you don't want to spend money play Archlord it's a decent game but i suggest you try both to see which you like better.

I hope this helps and good luck
