What is Warhammer Online: AoR like? Do many people play it?

I'm looking for an MMO I can play, but I want one with lots of people on it. I already play Guild Wars and I have played WoW for years (now given it up). Can anybody who has played Warhammer Online tell me whether it is worth getting into? Good and bad points.

I really enjoyed WAR. The PVP is definetly the best out of the big mmo's, the achievments work well and the idea of the game is you are in a perpetual war, virtually every action you take affects the war effort. The only reason I stopped playing was because of lack of population. I would go straight back to it if the were more peeps, not sure how many users there are, did hear the was a quarter of a million a few months ago.
