Ok. Im sick of wow. Its boring me. i loved it when i started but that feeling has now dissipated. I really need a new mmo to fill the gap until the new Warhammer 40k mmo comes out in 2011 :( . I would like a game where you can get professions but more in depth that wow's ones. Ive tried WAR online, its good but wont fill the gap. Ive also heared that EVE online is pretty good. and i have also wanted to try the LOTRO trial but i cant be bothered waiting on the downloadI need a new MMO to play?
Hey Stuart - EVE is AWESOME
It has a bit of a learning curve - it is in depth and an intellectual game
There are professions - but you can pretty much do anything you can imagine
be a pirate and make people cry - be a soldier and protect/attack/intimidate/cause ruination- become an industrialist and create for the good of others - or gouge prices and rob people blind
Run a corporation or fleet - there is so much
plus 14 days free trial to give it a try and see.
Email me here if you join EVE and I'll see about helping you out in game.
Instead of an MMO, you could try something slightly different, yet is still similar like a Multiplayer Online Battle Arena Game (MOBA). Each hero has a different profession and excels at a certain aspect. In DotA for example, there are 97 heroes so it takes an extremely long time to get boring!
Heroes of Newerth and League of Legends are also games that fit into this category. I know that you were asking for MMO games but hopefully you will enjoy MOBA games until you find a new MMO to play. On a side note - the best MMO I could recommend would be Anarchy Online, that game kept me interested for years!
If you are interested in the MOBA games check this article out: http://www.squidoo.com/moba-gamesI need a new MMO to play?
It is really hard to recommend a specific MMO game, because everyone likes something different. A game I like you may hate. Check out http://mmohut.com for a gigantic list of these free mmorpg / mmo games. I use that site to find new games to play. Every few days I try a new game :) - It's a lot of fun because I try everything. They have like every single MMORPG categorized nicely with reviews, screenshots, videos and more. Heck they even list the game's system requirements!. Best part is all the games are free, which rocks.

They have a huge section for "no download" browser MMORPGs as well.
Let me know if this helped at all.
